Class recordings are available!
Please let me know if you can't attend a live class but would like to have a class recording. Recordings are £8 if taken as a single class in the week (Mon to Sun), £5 if taken alongside 1 or more 'live' classes in a week.

          Online Safety

If attending an online class you need to be responsible for the safety of yourself and others in the space where you are moving. Check things like footwear and flooring to ensure no risk of tripping or slipping. Small children and animals are best kept out of the way. Check for things around you that might get knocked or hit as you are moving. Ensure you have adequate ventilation. If I can't see you on my screen then I can't advise you on moving safely. Only you can know if your space is safe.
